Return Policy

You may return most new, regular priced, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of items purchased. We do not refund shipping fees. Any item purchased under the SALE section is a FINAL SALE & cannot be returned nor a credit issued.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-8 business days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 8 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 8 business days). *All SALE items are non-returnable or exchangeable. It is a FINAL SALE!

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We can accept online returns in the store if they are regular priced items & not purchased under the SALE section. You will have 7 days to return it from the order ship date and it must still have the original tags on it and not appear worn or used. After 7 days we cannot accept returns for online purchases in the store. 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. When you place an order, we have a standard shipping fee that will apply & we ship through USPS. We do not refund shipping if you cancel or return an online order.

Once an order is placed we do our best to ship out within 48 hours of the order. Most locations through out the USA take about 2-6 business days to receive, some exceptions like holiday & extremely far locations in the USA.
